Palm Beach's Iconic Eye Care taps Non Profit to Give Back Through the Arts

James Whistler is notoriously cited for the adage "An artist is not paid for their labor but for their vision." Artist take you into a voyage, one that causes you to view the world as they perceive it. Through their art you are given a private peek into the inner workings of their minds. Witnessing unrestricted views of their joys, loves, hurt and triumphs.

Come let your eyes wander and thoughts race at the carefully created masterpieces of a gathering of artist with 20/20 focus on their passion and dreams.

Iconic Eye Care is the culmination of a vision (pardon the pun) for Dr. Adam Ramsey. Born and raised on the islands of Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean, Dr. Ramsey dreamed of becoming a doctor and helping people. Setting his sights (again, our apologies) on becoming an optometrist, he graduated from the University of Florida and went on to Southern College of Optometry (SCO) in Memphis, Tennessee where he obtained his Doctorate of Optometry.

While practicing Optometry at several optical retailers, Dr. Ramsey fell in love with more than his new bride, but great eyewear too. He wanted to open his own store where each eyeglass and sunglass was picked based on style and craftsmanship instead of whatever corporate optical giants decided the frame of the year was. Dr. Ramsey knew what Palm Beach residents wanted and liked. Thus Iconic Eye Care was born.

When the space at Main Street at Midtown in Palm Beach Gardens became available, Dr. Ramsey knew the time to open his own store had arrived. From the moment you step inside you will know you are at a new kind of optical store, one where you feel at home, surrounded by the best eyeglasses and sunglasses in all of West Palm Beach.

We have the great honor of saying this event is sponsored by Coca Cola!!!!!
